Your mission will be to optimize our client’s wind farms during their life cycle, ensuring the maximum capacity of the wind turbines.

Responsibilities

You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction over the long term. Working in pairs, reporting to the Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Carrying out curative maintenance of turbines to optimize performance, following Quality, Safety, and Environment standards.
• Ensuring smooth operation of turbines and controlling the operation of turbine components at all intervention stages.
• Performing preventive maintenance according to current rules or work instructions, including complete refurbishment of turbines, and reporting interventions.

Qualifications

• BTEC Higher National Diploma, BTS/DUT in industrial or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, preferably certified by BZEE.
• Ideally 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or electrical work, with knowledge of high voltage.
• Proficiency in technical English (written/spoken) and familiarity with Office Suite.
• Good communication skills, team spirit.
• Strong commitment to safety and ability to work at heights.
