Your mission will be to optimize our client's wind farms throughout their lifecycle, ensuring maximum turbine capacity.

Responsibilities

You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction over the long term. Working in pairs, reporting to the Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Carrying out curative maintenance of turbines to optimize performance, following Quality, Safety, and Environment standards.
• Ensuring smooth operation of turbines and controlling the operation of turbine components during interventions.
• Performing preventive maintenance according to current rules or work instructions, including complete refurbishment of turbines, and reporting your interventions.

Qualifications

BTEC Higher National Diploma, BTS/DUT in industrial, electrical, or mechanical engineering, preferably certified by BZEE.

Ideally 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or electrical work, with high voltage knowledge.

Proficiency in technical English (written/spoken) and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Enthusiastic customer interaction regarding service and repairs, motivated, autonomous, results-oriented, innovative, with mobility for planned trips.

Good communication skills, team spirit, strong safety commitment, and ability to work at heights.
