Your role

Your mission will be to optimize our client’s wind farms throughout their lifecycle, ensuring maximum turbine capacity. Working in pairs, reporting to the Area Supervisor, you will:

1. Carry out curative maintenance to optimize turbine performance, following Quality, Safety, and Environment standards.
2. Ensure smooth operation and control of turbine components during interventions.
3. Perform preventive maintenance and complete turbine refurbishments, reporting your interventions.

Qualifications

• BTEC Higher National Diploma, BTS/DUT in industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, ideally certified by BZEE.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or electrical work, with high voltage knowledge.
• Technical English skills (written/spoken) and familiarity with Office Suite.
• Good communication skills, team spirit, and a strong safety commitment, including the ability to work at heights.
