Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience with rotary equipment (Dryers/Compressors).
• Knowledge of PLCs and electrical troubleshooting.
• HVAC/Refrigeration certification is a plus.

The Role

As a Service Technician, you will report to Team Lead Service, Compressor Technique Service division. Responsible for routine maintenance and repair of Atlas Copco compressed air equipment as per Atlas Copco standards.

What we expect from you?

Key Responsibilities:

• Thorough understanding of industrial refrigerant circuits (theory and practical)
• Good knowledge of electrical circuits related to refrigeration systems
• Skilled in gas welding and copper circuit repair
• Capable of troubleshooting and resolving complex refrigeration issues
• Installation, commissioning, maintenance and customer support for dryers
• Collaboration with internal teams for technical escalations
• Adherence to safety, quality, and environmental protocols
• Proficient in reporting via service tools.
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Willing to travel when required

To succeed, you'll need:

• B-Tech or Diploma(Mechanical or Electrical)
• Having at least 2to 3years of proven hands-on experience on technical rotary equipment (Dryers/Compressors).
• Knowledge of PLCs/controls and electrical troubleshooting
• HVAC/Refrigeration certification is a plus
• Proactive, open-minded personality with a can-do approach.
• Able to build strong and effective working relationships with customers at all levels.
