UNOX S.p.A. is seeking a Service Technician to join the Unox Service Team in France. The role covers installation and maintenance of Unox equipment at customer sites, with travel across the North West region.

You will provide on-site service, diagnose issues, perform testing, and ensure customer satisfaction through thorough reporting and proper operation training. Fluent French is required; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of French is required.
• Knowledge of English will be an additional advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond positively to challenges.
• 1-2 years of experience in the electromechanical industry.
• Willingness to travel across the North West of France (up to 80% of working time).

The person in this role will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of Unox equipment at customer locations North West of France.

Main responsibilities

• Provide service and support to customers during on-site visits or while traveling across France;
