What You'll DoPerform repairs and maintenance on Tesla vehicles using Tesla-specific software and advanced tools.
Be efficient in completing repairs and driven to exceed expectations on quality and productivity.
Become proficient to perform all common repairs and some complex repairs autonomously.
Ensure top quality: fix it right the first time, inspecting vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery.
Collaborate with local and regional teams to share support and best practices to improve the service experience.
Develop your skills through dedicated in-house training and share your knowledge with the team to drive group improvement.
What You'll BringProfessional experience in vehicle service and repairs within automotive, aviation, marine, or similar industries.
Relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs in Norway (a plus).
Good communication skills in English, both speaking and writing.
A valid driver’s license.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, mornings, and evenings.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Eligibility to work in Norway.
