Vestas in Sancheville is looking for a Service Technician (M/F) to optimize wind farms throughout their life cycle. Responsibilities include curative and preventive maintenance, ensuring turbine performance, and managing operational controls.

The ideal candidate will have a BTEC Higher National Diploma and 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of technical English and high voltage is beneficial. Vestas offers a secure working environment, executive status benefits, and meals provided.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or electricity.
• Certified by BZEE for wind turbine maintenance is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Office Pack.

Service technician (M/F)

Your mission will be to optimize our client’s wind farms during their life cycle, ensuring the maximum capacity of the wind turbines.

Responsibilities

• Carry out curative maintenance of the turbines, optimizing performance in accordance with Quality, Safety and Environment standards.
• Ensure smooth operation by controlling different elements of the wind turbine at all intervention stages.
• Carry out preventive maintenance according to current rules or work instructions, including complete refurbishment of turbines. Report interventions.

Qualifications

• BTEC Higher National Diploma, BTS/DUT industrial or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, certified by BZEE if possible.
• Ideally 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or electricity, with knowledge of high voltage.
• Knowledge of technical English (written and spoken) and familiarity with the Office Pack.

• Motivated, autonomous, results-oriented, innovative. Mobility required for planned trips.
• Good communication, team spirit.
