Your mission will be to optimize our client’s wind farms during their life cycle, ensuring the maximum capacity of the wind turbines.

Responsibilities

• Carry out curative maintenance of turbines, optimizing performance in accordance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Ensure smooth operation of turbines and control operation of turbine elements at all stages of intervention.
• Carry out preventive maintenance according to current rules or work instructions, including complete refurbishment of turbines.
• Report interventions and maintain accurate records.
• Work in pairs with the Area Supervisor and collaborate with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• BTEC Higher National Diploma, BTS/DUT in industrial, electrical or mechanical engineering (BZEE certification desirable).
• 2–5 years of industrial maintenance or electrical experience, with knowledge of high voltage.
• Proficiency in technical English (written and spoken) and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, team spirit, motivation, autonomy, results‑oriented, and innovative mindset.
