Your mission will be to optimize our clients’ wind farms during their lifecycle, ensuring maximum capacity of the wind turbines.

Responsibilities

You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction over the long term. Working in pairs, reporting to the Area Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Carrying out curative maintenance of turbines to optimize performance, following Quality, Safety, and Environment standards.
2. Ensuring smooth operation of turbines and controlling the operation of turbine components at all intervention stages.
3. Carrying out preventive maintenance according to current rules or work instructions, including complete refurbishment of turbines, and reporting interventions.

Qualifications

• BTEC Higher National Diploma, BTS/DUT in Industrial or Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, ideally certified by BZEE.
• Ideally 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or electrical work, with knowledge of high voltage.
• Knowledge of technical English (written and spoken) and familiarity with MS Office.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.
• Strong commitment to safety, ability to work at heights.
