Evac has been a pioneer in sustainable technologies and solutions for decades. Today we are the world’s leading provider of integrated Evac water, waste and wastewater technologies, Cathelco corrosion protection and marine growth prevention and HEM freshwater systems.

We are now looking for a proactive and results-orientedService Sales Manager to drive service sales growth and strengthen long-term customer relationships, including support for Retrofit business lead generation.

As a Service Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of service sales activities, acting as a key interface between customers and Evac. Your focus will be on identifying opportunities, closing deals, and ensuring the delivery of solutions that add long-term value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive service sales through customer visits and direct quoting for preventive maintenance and service agreements.
  • Support and collaborate with regional sales teams to maximize service business potential.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and develop account plans to foster long-term engagement.
  • Act as the voice of the customer—communicate needs and insights to internal teams to ensure responsive service delivery.
  • Manage customer complaints effectively, ensuring high satisfaction and tracking results through Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Keep CRM systems up to date (Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and transparency across regions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive improvements.
  • Coordinate and support contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business goals.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a related technical/commercial field.
  • Strong experience in sales or project management within the marine industry.
  • Technically confident, with a consultative selling approach and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strategic and structured mindset with a hands-on, customer-focused attitude.
  • Familiar with tools such as Salesforce, Jira, SharePoint, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% internationally.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
