As the Service Line Leader for our Cybersecurity service line, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction and operational excellence across four key domains: Security Governance, Offensive Security, Security Operations, and Infrastructure & Cloud Security. You’ll lead a team of professionals, drive innovation, and ensure the protection of our clients’ sensitive data and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for each of the four domains, aligning with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define long-term vision and objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices to inform strategic decisions.
- Delivery Management:
- Oversee project portfolios within the service line.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects, adherence to budgets, and quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Team Management:
- Lead and inspire a diverse team of cybersecurity experts (40+ people).
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Domain Expertise:
- Possess knowledge / experience in each of the following domains:
- Security Governance (GRC, Data Protection, Security Awareness, etc.)
- Offensive Security (Penetration Testing, EDR / NDR Challenge, etc.)
- Security Operations (EDR / NDR Manage services, MSSP, SOC, etc.)
- Infrastructure & Cloud Security (Cloud Sec, PAM, IAM, Network Security, DevSecOps, etc.)
- At the operational level, the candidate will be more specifically involved in the pre-sales and delivery activities of our SOC offering.
- Technical Content and Presales:
- Responsible for the technical content of solutions.
- Ensure successful replication of solutions across countries and customers.
- Engage in presales activities to demonstrate our technical excellence to customers.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- A minimum of 8 years in cybersecurity, with at least 4 years in management roles.
- Proven experience in managing a SOC team and experienced in SOC-related activities (Threat Monitoring, Threat Intelligence, Incident Management, Vulnerability Management, Security Reporting).
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certifications:
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
- Strong knowledge of Darktrace and Mindflow technologies, Darktrace certification is a plus.
- Market Knowledge:
- Familiarity with the French, Luxembourg, Belgium, and Switzerland markets.
- Understand regional nuances and tailor strategies accordingly.
- Language Skills:
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Effective communication in both languages.
- Geographic Location:
- Based in France, (Paris or Lyon).
