Service Engineer - Rayong

Your Role

• Provide support to the customer production line as per request and create line patrol schedules with relevant reports.
• Debug and troubleshoot Desoutter software, tool network, and communication systems (Demeter, Pivotware, QMS, Vehicle Tracking system, and wireless tools network).
• Complete service documents according to company and customer standards.
• Handle customer quality assurance claims and follow up to ensure products are functioning correctly.
• Repair breakdown tools on-site at the customer's location, requiring mechanical skills.
• Carry out calibration, testing, and certification of all Desoutter tool products following standard procedures.
• Generate technical reports on services provided and upon customer request.
• Collect and analyze KPI data and report regularly.
• Collaborate with remote support teams for modifications as needed.
• Raise concerns regarding business and technical risks.
• Maintain a flexible attitude and willingness to work outside of usual comfort zones.
• Strictly follow safety, health, environmental, and quality policies; report safety risks to prevent accidents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or team leader.

To succeed, you will need

• Strong engineering skills with at least 1 year of experience in an engineering service environment.
• A service-minded attitude with high flexibility and a strong work ethic (including overtime and working every Saturday).
• Ability to build effective relationships with customers and partners.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of IT, networks, and databases (experience with Raven DB is an advantage).
