Tetra Pak recherche un Ingénieur Service pour rejoindre son équipe. Le poste nécessite d'apporter un soutien technique aux clients par le biais de la maintenance préventive et corrective des équipements d'emballage. Le candidat idéal aura une formation en électromécanique et 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en maintenance, avec des compétences en résolution de problèmes et la capacité de travailler en équipe. Qualifications

• 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans les installations industrielles, la maintenance et/ou le travail de service.
• Compétence en anglais et en français, écrit et parlé.
• Souci de conformité aux réglementations de sécurité.

Responsabilités

• Effectuer la maintenance préventive et corrective sur les équipements d'emballage de Tetra Pak.
• Établir des rapports de qualité en temps voulu et maintenir des relations positives avec les clients.
• Conduire l'amélioration continue dans l'usine du client.

We are looking for a highly motivated person to reinforce the Field Service Operations team.

As a Service Engineer, you will be part of a professional and dedicated team responsible for delivering technical support to our customers through preventive maintenance and technical services.

You will act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak and help maintain the company’s reputation for commitment and service.

Tetra Pak will provide opportunities to increase your knowledge and gain experience in mechanics and electronics by performing services on our clients’ sites in France.

Expected travel of more than 80% within France (and occasionally other EU countries).

What you will do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Tetra Pak Packaging Equipment
• Drive continuous improvement at the customer's plant
• Prepare quality reports promptly: technical assistance reports, maintenance reports, etc.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, supporting and following up on their concerns and problems.
• Resolve issues by communicating effectively with customers and internally within the company.

We believe you have

• Technical education in Electromechanics
• 3 to 5 years’ experience with industrial installations, maintenance, and/or service work
• Enthusiastic, service-oriented, and flexible team player
• No-nonsense attitude, able to take responsibility for customer equipment and satisfaction
• Proficiency in English and French, written and spoken
• Compliance with safety regulations
• Experience in food processing (dairy, beverage, cheese, prepared food) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Packaging equipment (filling machines & distribution equipment) is a plus
• Knowledge of PLC and HMI is advantageous
• Class B driver's license
