Essential Responsibilities

1. Provide in-field technical advice and supervision to customers regarding inspection, repair, installation, alignment, and startup of pumps and related rotating equipment.
2. Evaluate warranty claims through site investigations.
3. Support site engineering evaluations for potential upgrades of installed units.
4. Assist the Saudi Workshop Operation team as needed.
5. Achieve first-time fix rate and ensure jobs are done correctly on the first attempt.
6. Submit all documentation (field service visit reports and timesheets) within 5 days of job completion.
7. Provide weekly reports on attended jobs.
8. Be proactive in improving hours utilization and support the workshop team while in the office.
9. Maintain ISO9001 certification and ensure accurate completion and signing off of shop folders.
10. Promote and enforce safety and environmental policies.
11. Ensure tools and equipment are regularly inspected, maintained, and kept in proper, tidy condition.
12. Win and implement at least one annual site service agreement.
13. Aim for zero customer complaints.
