emagine has an opportunity for you to support a Network Operations Center's (NOC) manager in overseeing global support operations, ensuring seamless network and security services across industrial and non-industrial sites.
Key Requirements
Experienced in Service Delivery in an ITIL environment, Incident management, CAB, KPI…
Strong understanding of Network and Security technical environments (Cisco LAN, Wi-Fi, Palo Alto SASE, Efficient IP DDI).
Experience overseeing Network Troubleshooting, Network and Security deployment.
Project management experience in Network & Security.
Strong communication skills in a multinational environment with fluency in English.
Familiarity with enterprise IT environments.
Experience with monitoring tools.
Understanding of incident management frameworks.
Experience in Manufacturing / Industrial / Chemical-centered environments. (nice to have)
Main Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting network and security operations globally.
Support Network and Security operations globally as part of the Network Operation Center.
Proactively monitor dashboards and alerts from ITSM tools and monitoring providers.
Manage process and technical documentation.
Project management for network transitions (e.g., ebonding, SD-WAN to SASE).
Prepare and animate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
Manage supplier relationships for fast incident resolution.
Participate in operational committees with providers.
Conduct operational and technical reporting on incidents, changes, problems, SLA / KPIs, and capacity planning.
Other Details
Location : Fully remote; potential visit to Lyon every 3 months.
Start Date : July 17th or the following week.
Team Environment : Network Operations Center.
