Who You Are

You’re a UX designer enthusiast, and excel at clear, effective communication. You succeed when working closely with a multidisciplinary team. A goal-driven environment allows you to be precise and create user-focused solutions.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be part of the Design team in the Design and Architecture department of the CIO. This role requires crafting compelling, user-centred designs for end-to-end journeys, hubs and products.

More specifically:

• Autonomously deliver “Experience Concept” and “Experience Detail Design” on Eutelsat Group “Initiatives” based on the template defined.
• Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions and iterate the design based on user feedback and analytics.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement designs: product owners, business stakeholders, developers, Product & UI Designer.
• Validate the design and review all designs within your perimeter.
• Communicate to stakeholders efficiently, including managers and top management occasionally.

What it Takes

• B2 English minimum
• Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering, Design, HCI, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in UX/UI design
• Proficiency in design tools: PPT, Miro
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
