Le candidat idéal sera étudiant(e) en Bac+3 en pharmacie, biologie ou chimie, avec une grande rigueur et des compétences en communication afin d'assurer la qualité des ingrédients utilisés dans les produits cosmétiques et de santé.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Gérer les systèmes de plaintes clients et soutenir la documentation qualité.
• Suivre les rapports d'événements et les actions correctives.
• Participer à l'optimisation des outils de gestion des événements qualité.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Market pressures and regulations demand increased safety and quality of ingredients used in cosmetic and healthcare products. Within Seppic's Quality Assurance team, we are seeking a Chargé.e Assurance Qualité to support the deployment of the annual quality plan.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing customer complaint systems
• Supporting the group's quality management documentation system
• Tracking event reports, corrective and preventive actions, and changes within the system
• Monitoring quality contracts with suppliers and outsourced audits
• Participating in actions related to replacing the quality event management tool
