Qualifications

Description du poste

We are looking for an SEO Manager within the Euromaster Group headquarters located in Lyon (France). This permanent position (CDI) is to be filled as soon as possible.

As part of the Group Digital team, the SEO Manager drives our Search Engine Optimisation for our B2C and B2B websites, managing the central SEO agency and in collaboration with local teams in countries. She / he is a key role to support the organic search performance (traffic, leads, sales - both eCommerce and in-centre) and provide the best return on investment for all our countries in Europe.

Your main activities will be :

Steering of SEO global activity

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with overall business objectives
  • Collaborate with our SEO agency, Digital Factory and Digital Product Owner team on strategy, execution, optimisation and performance for the countries
  • Manage Master content production for all countries in collaboration with our agency and local teams
  • Collaborate with the platform product teams to define & arbitrate the technical roadmap deployment
  • Identify and address local opportunities such as specific content needs, netlinking , Digital Public relations...

Coordination with Countries

  • Single point of contact for our SEO work for all countries
  • Animate the digital managers in countries with Content updates, reporting and feedback on the performance of SEO traffic
  • Collect specific business objectives and content needs in the countries and choose the best way to integrate them to Master Content
  • Build rituals and dashboards to share performance, updates and initiatives with all countries

Monitoring

  • Monitor the effectiveness of our content, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Manage digital dashboards to share SEO results
  • Run ad hoc audits using tools (Google Search Console, SEMRush, Oncrawl, Ahrefs...) to improve website health
  • Perform keywords research and competitive analysis to support SEO strategy

Key Performance Indicators

  • Increase of organic traffic for all websites (branded and unbranded)
  • Management of SEO budget and Master content creation
  • Search Kpis (Evolution of Impressions, clicks, rankings, conversion rate...)
  • ROI of SEO traffic (based on sales, ebookings and leads)

With a Master degree in Marketing / Digital, you have 7 to 10 years of experience in Digital marketing, among which 2 / 3 years within a Digital Agency. An experience in an international Group would be appreciated.

You are an expert in search engine optimization and content marketing, and demonstrate strong skills in planning / budgeting, as well as digital analytics. You are recognized for your ability to achieve your goals and your analytical thinking. You contribute well as a team member within an international matrixed organization. Your ability to organize team work, as well as your excellent communication, are essential assets for your success. You are fluent in French and with a very good level in English.
