Senior Web Designer / Frontend Developer (WordPress)

Position: Part-Time / Project-Based (with option for ongoing work)
Location: Bali
Start: ASAP
Language: English / Indonesian
Reporting to: Owner / Head of Digital

We are looking for a highly skilled and efficient Web Designer/Developer to clean up, modernize, and maintain several of our WordPress websites. You will enhance visual consistency, optimize for performance and SEO, and ensure full Lighthouse & Core Web Vitals compliance. This is not an agency job — this is hands-on execution.

Design facelift & visual polish across Multiple multi-language sites (based on Wordpres + Elementor)

Improve accessibility

Optimize Tracking and reporting with Google Tag Manager & Analytics etc

Implement performance best practices (CDN, caching, image formats, minification)

Set up Static Pages in WP or Astro

Collaborate via GitHub (commits, version tracking)

Configure and or optimize Cloudflare DNS, page rules, and cache policies

Audit and fix responsive behavior across mobile/tablet/desktop/ multi-language

Assist with future page/landing creation in Elementor (if needed)

Must-Have Skills

Good Eye for aestheics and fast implementation of Facelift tasks

WordPress (Hello theme, Elementor Pro)

HTML5, CSS3, basic JS (for interactive elements or fixes)

Cloudflare configuration (DNS, caching, CDN, security)

Experience with Google Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix

Strong understanding of technical SEO and Core Web Vitals

Structured and fast — can deliver results efficiently without supervision

Experience with multilingual sites (e.g., WPML)

Good Reporting and Documenting skills
