Your Role
As our Senior Web Designer, you'll:

Plan Website Experiences: Work closely with our art director and copywriter to lay out strong web concepts.

Design Website Experiences: Craft websites and interactions that bring brand strategies to life.

Test Animations & Interactions: Experiment with micro-animations, transitions, and user flows to find the perfect digital expression for each brand.

Bridge Design & Development: Work between our web-designers and developers to ensure smooth handoffs and realistic expectations.

Validate Concepts: Create prototypes that help clients visualize and approve digital experiences before final development.

Refine User Experience: Focus on how users interact with websites to create intuitive, engaging experiences.

Guide Projects: Plan out milestones, workloads and mentor web designer.

Your Profile
We're looking for a web designer who excels at bringing digital concepts to life through prototyping. In particular, you should have:

Figma Expertise:

Advanced Figma skills for creating complex websites

Ability to create responsive prototypes that work across devices

Ability to craft and maintain design systems

Web Design Foundation:

Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles

Knowledge of web typography, color, and visual hierarchy

Experience designing user interfaces for websites and web applications

Understanding of how users interact with digital products

Animation & Interaction:

Skills in creating smooth micro-animations and transitions

Understanding of motion design principles and timing

Experience with hover states, scroll triggers, and user-activated animations

Ability to prototype complex user flows and interactions

Technical Understanding:

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and how websites are built

Understanding of responsive design principles

Awareness of technical possibilities and limitations for web development

Ability to communicate effectively with developers about implementation

Experience presenting prototypes to internal teams and explaining design decisions

Ability to iterate quickly based on feedback

Experience in project management

Pro-active communication - Asking questions rather waiting for instructions
