Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or AMAC Fund Qualification Certificate.
• 1 year+ experience in financial industry with good ethics and wealth management knowledge.
• Knowledge of financial products, banking procedures, equities and unit trusts.
• Strong investment counseling and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across levels.
• Team player, proactive and eager to improve knowledge.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Responsabilités

• Understand, acknowledge and comply with local laws, regulations and internal policies on accountability.
• Ensure internal controls by staying updated on accountability developments.
• Perform duties diligently, avoid sanctions, penalties and reputational risk.
• Be responsible for non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
• Cooperate with investigations or reviews on regulatory failures.
• Deliver performance targets for various products.
• Maintain customer relationships and deliver superior service.
• Expand customer portfolios and cross-sell to existing clients.
• Engage with affluent clients and advise on complex investments.
• Implement and comply with AML requirements during duties.
• Ensure compliance with manuals and product knowledge across departments.
• Learn relevant regulations and risk & compliance policies.
• Stay updated on financial industry trends.
• Participate in training, meetings and briefings; apply learning to daily work.
• Ensure timely handling of customer complaints.
