Fundamental Hospitality seeks experienced and passionate Head Waiters to join its Dubai teams for the upcoming winter season. You will lead the floor service, ensuring the highest hospitality standards and coordinating with kitchen and management to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Ideal candidates have prior Head Waiter or Senior Waiter experience in luxury settings, excellent communication, and a guest-focused attitude, with fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Head Waiter, Senior Waiter or similar position in a luxury setting.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in international hospitality environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support the service team to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized service to guests following company standards.
• Welcome guests, respond to requests, and ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of food, beverages, menus and service standards.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar, and management for seamless service.
• Train, coach and motivate junior team members.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and handle requests professionally.
• Maintain impeccable standards of presentation, cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Assist management with daily operations and help achieve service goals.
