One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Video Editor (Adult/Dating Vertical) in Europe.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a creative and performance-driven video editor to lead the production of short-form video content tailored for user acquisition in the adult and dating verticals. You’ll work at the intersection of storytelling, marketing, and cutting-edge AI tools to deliver ads that convert. Collaborating closely with marketing and creative teams, your role will be pivotal in crafting engaging, high-performing videos that drive growth. If you’re fluent in trends, fast with feedback, and comfortable in NSFW spaces, this role offers creative freedom and room to push boundaries.

Accountabilities:

• Lead end-to-end video editing for performance-based ad campaigns across social and adult platforms
• Collaborate with marketers to shape scripts, storyboards, and visual narratives
• Utilize generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway) to accelerate video production
• Optimize content for various platforms, formats, and performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, etc.)
• Stay current on trends in short-form content, especially in NSFW/Adult spaces
• Ensure creative is compliant with platform policies while pushing innovation
• Adapt quickly to feedback loops and data-driven performance testing

• 4+ years of video editing experience with a strong paid media portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• Strong grasp of storytelling, pacing, motion design, and sound integration
• Demonstrated experience using AI-based creative tools in your workflow
• Understanding of KPIs such as CTR, CPM, CR, ROAS, and how to edit for conversion
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working with NSFW content and fast-paced iterative processes
• Bonus: Experience in adult, dating, or igaming industries
