Huxley is seeking an experienced UX/UI lead to drive digital experiences across a portfolio of websites and web platforms in Paris. Hybrid role with 3 days in office, starting ASAP on a 6-month+ freelance contract.

The candidate will balance strategic leadership with hands-on work in research, wireframes, prototyping, and UX improvements. This role involves mentoring a small team, collaborating with product, delivery, content and business teams, and ensuring accessibility and scalable design

Qualifications

• Strong UX/UI design background with a portfolio of impactful digital experiences.
• Expert-level Figma skills.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or managing designers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Driving the overall vision for digital user experiences.
• Managing and developing a small team of UX/UI Designers.
• Leading design projects from discovery through to delivery.
• Creating wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and user research outputs.
• Ensuring design consistency through scalable design systems.
• Championing accessibility and user-centred design principles.

Our client, a global consumer health organisation, is looking for an experienced UX/UI professional to lead digital experience design across a portfolio of websites and web platforms.

This opportunity offers a blend of leadership and hands-on design work, making it ideal for a Senior Designer who enjoys shaping strategy while remaining actively involved in research, wireframing, prototyping, and user experience improvements.

What You'll Be Doing

• Driving the overall vision for digital user experiences.
