Our client is a pre-launch EOR automation platform with an innovative approach to a large marketplace. They seek an exceptional UX Designer.

This is a remote, project-based role that may lead to full-time employment. Candidates worldwide are welcome, with preference for those in Europe, Israel, Southeast Asia, or North America.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of UX design experience, especially with complex no-code web products and B2B SaaS platforms. A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design is advantageous.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating challenges, ideas, impact, and projects that went into production, showcasing the ability to simplify complex problems into user-friendly interfaces. Projects should demonstrate leadership and understanding of systems.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design and testing methodologies.
• Ability to present and justify design decisions based on theories, research, and analytics.
• Knowledge of current and upcoming design patterns and critique skills.
• Ability to work independently, be self-directed, and thrive in ambiguity.
• Team-oriented, willing to share knowledge, receptive to feedback and criticism.
• Experience mentoring junior designers and contributing to the growth of the design practice.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with solution architects and UI engineers to design user-friendly, innovative products with low friction and high delight.
• Create low and high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to communicate design decisions.
• Produce clear visual design specifications.
• Iterate based on feedback from stakeholders and testing.
• Assess usability and suggest improvements.
• Own features, consider edge cases, refine specifications, and collaborate with engineers.
• Write clear, concise copy for projects.
