You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, focusing on UI design and user research. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of UI/UX design experience, especially in fintech or complex B2B systems. Qualifications

• 4+ years of combined UI/UX design experience.
• Strong expertise in UX design for fintech, ERP, or other complex B2B systems.
• Comfortable initiating and conducting UX research to inform design decisions.
• Experience working within the constraints of an existing design system.
• Intermediate UI design skills with a solid grasp of layout, typography, color, and grids.
• Experience designing for high-load, data-rich interfaces.
• Ability to use AI tools in daily work to speed up ideation.

Responsabilités

• Design adaptive, user-friendly UIs for complex applications.
• Build and maintain Figma components, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Ensure visual consistency through style guides.
• Conduct usability testing and optimize advanced UX flows.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams on solutions.
