Jobtailor is seeking a senior Product/User Researcher to lead qualitative and quantitative research programs for healthcare AI initiatives. You will partner with product, design, engineering, analytics, and data science teams to translate findings into actionable business insights.

This role emphasizes mentoring, research culture growth, and strong storytelling across cross-functional stakeholders. Based in or near Paris, you will work onsite twice per week and contribute to building AI product

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a product/user researcher in a tech environment.
• Strong hands-on qualitative methods: interviews, diary studies, think-aloud usability testing, and direct observation.
• Solid quantitative research skills, including survey design, sampling, crosstabs, and core statistical concepts.
• Ability to identify valuable research questions, scope research efficiently, and deliver focused, actionable insights.
• Strategic ability to partner with product stakeholders, communicate research value, and connect findings to business impact.
• Ability to communicate complex findings through clear narratives.
• Experience mentoring junior researchers or non-researchers and providing actionable feedback.
• Experience building AI products, or close familiarity with AI and LLM systems in production.
• Genuine interest in healthcare.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Based in or within commuting distance of Paris; onsite twice per week.
