Key Responsibilities :

  • User Acquisition Campaign Management :
  • Develop and execute campaigns across multiple platforms to drive growth and engagement.
  • Market Research and Analysis :
  • Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
  • Campaign Performance Optimization :
  • Analyze campaign data to optimize performance, drive results, and inform future strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration :
  • Work with data analysis, creative teams, and external clients to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Creative Asset Management :
  • Manage creative assets to ensure timely delivery and seamless integration into campaigns.

Key Requirements :

  • 5+ year of experience with management of mobile performance marketing campaigns, agency background preferred
  • 5+ years of experience running MAI, AEO, VO campaigns on Paid Social
  • 5+ years of experience running UA Campaigns on Meta, TT, Snap, Reddit, Moloco, Unity, Google and other core channels
  • Have strong analytical and quantitative skills and communication skills
  • Have a basic knowledge of major advertising platforms (Meta, Tiktok, Snapchat, Google, Moloco etc.)
  • Have an understanding of the creative elements involved in user acquisition.
  • Have a problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify challenges and propose solutions to optimize user acquisition campaigns.
  • Detail oriented and proactive.
  • Speak and write English fluently.
  • Passionate about the mobile gaming industry.
