MWM, leader mondial dans le développement d'applications mobiles, recherche un Responsable de l'Acquisition Utilisateur. Vous aurez la responsabilité de planifier et gérer des stratégies innovantes pour plusieurs applications. Ce rôle requiert une expérience en marketing de performance, une capacité à travailler sous pression, et une curiosité créative pour améliorer continuellement les campagnes.

Qualifications

  • Une première expérience en acquisition d'utilisateur ou marketing de performance, de préférence dans l'industrie mobile.
  • Connaissance des plateformes d'acquisition d'utilisateur.
  • Fluent en anglais, connaissance du français est un plus.

Responsabilités

  • Planifier et gérer la stratégie UA et les campagnes pour plusieurs applications.
  • Conduire la performance des campagnes en utilisant l'analyse LTV et des cohortes.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe créative.

MEETING YOUR FUTURE JOB
  • Plan and manage UA strategy and campaigns for multiple apps,
  • Drive the performance of our campaigns using LTV and cohorts analysis, identify the most relevant signals and increase the ROAS of our apps,
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative team, benchmark a wide range of creatives and trends and continuously challenge the creative strategy for enhanced user acquisition,
  • Design innovative growth hacking strategies to acquire new users through paid or organic channels,
  • Continuously improve our internal tools in cooperation with the BI and Tech teams,
  • Lead transversal projects and coach junior team members.
ABOUT YOU
  • A first experience in user acquisition or performance marketing, preferably in the mobile industry,
  • Knowledge of user acquisition platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, AppLovin, IronSource, TikTok, DSPs, etc.) and MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.),
  • Creative and practice out-of-the-box thinking; have unbridled curiosity, passion, and strong critical thinking skills,
  • Ability to work concurrently on and effectively prioritize a variety of projects and can work under tight deadlines,
  • Experience in the optimization of the SKAN Conversion Schema,
  • Solid experience in data-driven decision-making & A/B testing,
  • Fluent in English, knowledge in French is a plus
  • You posses the mindset aligned with the 9 MWM principles described on the home page
