Senior UI / UX Engineer

Responsibilities and Requirements

1. Collaboration & Creativity: Work cohesively with design experts and multidisciplinary teams, integrating innovative ideas while adhering to up-to-date design best practices.
2. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Guarantee all designs meet strict development guidelines and quality standards, with a strong emphasis on accessibility (experience with WCAG compliance is required) and search engine optimization.
3. Prototyping & Mockups: Create engaging prototypes and mockups that energize stakeholders, supporting sales and project teams.
4. Project Estimation: Provide comprehensive effort estimates for customized client projects to ensure effective planning.
5. Continuous Learning & Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated on technological advancements, elevate design standards, and share insights within the team.
6. Documentation: Generate detailed documentation for all design and development processes.
7. Qualifications: Degree in computer science or related discipline.
8. Technical Skills: Mastery of CSS preprocessors (Sass/SCSS), CSS Grid, Flexbox, and responsive frameworks like Vuetify, Bootstrap, Material Design.
9. Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Photoshop for wireframing and prototyping.
10. Accessibility: Extensive understanding of WCAG for inclusive design.
11. Testing: Experience with E2E testing tools such as Playwright or Cypress.
12. Version Control & Methodology: Experience with Git and Agile Scrum methodologies.
13. Soft Skills: Strategic thinking, autonomy, initiative, and collaboration.
14. Preferred Experience: Experience in Fintech is advantageous.
