YOU WILL VIBE WITH US

For a very ambitious agile-at-scale program that will significantly impact the Edenred Group and its more than 40 Business Units, we are seeking a Senior UI Designer.

Your role will include:

1. Create mockups collaboratively with a UX Designer within one of our tribes.
2. Oversee, maintain, and enhance SmartER, our Design System, in close collaboration with Product, Design, and Development teams.

You will join one of our Product Tribes at the Edenred+ factory, a Spotify-like organization comprising 200 experts, from designers to product and tech specialists, united by the goal to shape the future of Edenred's Employee Benefits offerings.

Your main challenges will be:

1. Product Design:

• Pair with the UX Designer of the Tribe.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, UX Researchers, Designers, and Product Marketing.
• Design mockups for the tribe's features based on the Design System and UX insights.
• Ensure high-quality delivery.
• Participate in discovery phases, co-creation, and co-design workshops.

Design System:

• Document and maintain guidelines, assets, and processes to ensure consistency.
• Continuously evolve the Design System based on data insights, addressing user and product needs in collaboration with Designers and UXR teams.
• Ensure full compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG) and compatibility across devices.
• Industrialize the creation and updating of assets through engineering pipelines.

• Significant experience in both BtoB Product Design and Design Systems.
• Effective communication skills to unify product teams, designers, developers, and stakeholders around the Design System vision.
• Strong interpersonal skills aligning with our four core values.
• Fluent in written and spoken English (no bilingual requirement).
