ENTER THE GAME

As a Senior Treasury Analyst (Analyste Trésorerie Senior), you will play a key role in optimizing and structuring the group’s cash management. Reporting to the Treasury Director, you will be a strategic cornerstone, monitoring and enhancing financial flows.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Reporting and KPIs:
• Design and optimize treasury dashboards (cash, financing, debt, investments)
• Monitor and analyze treasury KPIs, proposing improvements
• Manage internal and external financial communication (reporting, forecasts, variance analysis)

• Daily Treasury Management:
• Lead medium-term cash forecasting
• Monitor and optimize financial flows in France and internationally
• Oversee bank account management (openings, closures, routine operations) collaboratively with teams
• Contribute to investment optimization to maximize returns while securing liquidity

• Project Management and Process Optimization:
• Support the evolution of the TMS (Kyriba): identify opportunities and implement improvements
• Help optimize the group’s treasury by structuring financial flows
• Participate in implementing a cash pooling strategy

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We seek passionate, curious professionals who bring kindness and enthusiasm. This role is suitable if you:

• Hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Management, or related fields
• Have at least 10 years of experience in treasury or similar roles
• Are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and treasury tools (preferably Kyriba)
• Have expertise in financial risks, cash forecasting, and reporting
• Have a proven track record in managing financial projects and digitizing processes
• Possess strong analytical and synthetic thinking skills
• Are meticulous and well-organized
• Are autonomous yet enjoy teamwork
• Have excellent communication and teaching skills
• Speak English fluently

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

If shortlisted, Clémence will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). You will then complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation, cognitive reasoning). Next, you'll meet Guillaume, Group Treasury Director, followed by Victor, Deputy CFO. Finally, Clémence will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results. The process typically takes 4 to 6 weeks.
