Concentrix is seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage strategic client relationships in the Travel sector. You will own account growth, cross-sell opportunities, and deliver against revenue and KPI targets, with direct reporting to Sector Leaders and collaboration across Portfolio and internal teams.

You will engage C-level executives, manage governance, and analyze market trends to identify opportunities while ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction across assigned

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required with 6+ years of experience in consulting, sales, or account management.
• 3–5 years of account management or client relationship roles, preferably in BPO or technology services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Builds and maintains strong, long-term client relationships across CIO, CMO, CTO and CXO levels.
• Develops strategic account plans addressing whitespace, cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Ensures revenue, gross margin and new business KPIs are met and drives growth for the portfolio.
• Collaborates with internal teams to align account activities with client needs and contract commitments.
• Monitors account performance and delivers regular updates to clients and Portfolio Leaders.
