Transition HSE Manager

Location: Nanterre, France
Start Date: As soon as possible
Duration: 6 months

The selected professional will be responsible for leading the Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) division, managing on-site providers, driving ISO certifications, and supporting leadership in crisis management, audits, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Weekly meeting
• Review with each employee
• Meetings and contributions on projects/audits/certifications
• Management of the security and reception service providers, monthly meeting and follow-up of KPIs
• Crisis management
  • Planning for evacuation drills
  • Test or real crisis exercise
• Preparation of events (board of directors, internal event, collaboration with communication)
• Management of access policy (badges), access control and video surveillance
• Validation of the Single Document, management of recurring updates
• Follow-up of accidentology/validation of procedures
• ISO 45001 certification
• Moving/work, drawing up prevention plans, fire permits, work permits, etc.
• Definition of the management strategy of External Contractors
• Safety Culture Improvement Program: HSE Floor Champion
• Social partners
• Business Continuity Plan
  • ISO 22301 certification
• In addition to the main missions, the service provider will be required to:
• Talking to the authorities
• Be a Group referent for other operational centers on safety and security issues / Knowledge sharing
• Contribute to the Digitization of tools within its scope
• Satisfy various requests from the departments (assistants, etc.) in support of the teams of the Workplace Department
• Responding to the specific security requests of VIPs
• Provide advice in updating procedures, regulatory documents, monitoring and steering KPIs and processes of the division.

Requirements

• Formalize the processes and procedures necessary for the functioning of the organization.
• Constantly monitor safety and environmental regulations and legislation.
• Establish prevention programs to reduce incidents, occupational accidents and diseases.
• Have in-depth technical knowledge of safety, hygiene and the environment.
• Have regulatory skills to understand and apply the standards and laws in force.
• Have analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks and propose effective solutions.
• Have communication skills to raise awareness and train teams.
