Salve.Lab seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager with deep expertise in TPM, Secure Elements, and embedded security architectures. You will own the market strategy, roadmap and go-to-market for security products targeting enterprise, data center, and industrial infra.

You will translate technical competence into compelling product narratives and commercial outcomes. You will collaborate with engineering, firmware, sales and partners while shaping certification and regulatory compliance, and

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology product development or related technical roles.
• 3+ years focused on hardware products within security, networking, or compute infrastructure.
• Proven TPM experience including certification and real-world applications.
• Deep understanding of TPM 2.0 and TCG specifications.
• Experience across the TPM ecosystem including BIOS/firmware integration, Windows HLK, Linux IMA, TPM2-tools, and platform attestation.
• Familiarity with standards such as TCG, FIPS 140-3, and Common Criteria.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
• Hands-on Field Application Engineer background considered highly relevant.
• Fluent English is essential; French is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Own market and customer requirements for TPM and Secure Element product lines.
• Develop Market Requirements Documents from direct customer and partner research.
• Define product positioning and lead go-to-market strategy and execution.
• Build and maintain multi-generation product roadmaps.
• Develop business cases and contribute to product P&L management.
• Identify tech, cybersecurity, regulatory and market developments influencing roadmaps.
• Lead product launches with Product Management and Sales.
• Travel internationally as required to US and Taiwan.
