Gramian Consultancy is seeking a senior technical product management professional to own strategy and commercialization of advanced hardware-security products. The role combines product lifecycle ownership, market positioning, roadmap definition, security standards, GTM strategy, and P&L responsibility, with cross-functional collaboration across engineering, sales, customers and industry bodies.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of product lifecycle or technical product management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with physical hardware products in cybersecurity or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of embedded security architectures, cryptography and secure hardware modules.
• Experience with hardware-security certification or evaluation processes (FIPS, Common Criteria, TCG).
• Experience owning product roadmaps, business cases, GTM strategy or P&L.
• Familiarity with firmware, OS, attestation, or platform-integrity security integration.

Responsabilités

• Own the strategy and commercialization of advanced hardware-security products.
• Define roadmap, market positioning, and GTM plans with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure alignment with security standards and industry bodies.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales and customers to drive product success.
• Evaluate security outputs against defined quality criteria and rubrics.
• Provide detailed feedback and documentation on issues and tests.
