Job summary

ProjecTTech is seeking a Time Schedule Manager to lead integrated project schedules across the full lifecycle of critical industrial or data center projects. You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, installation, and commissioning teams to align contractor schedules with milestones and drive schedule performance.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree, has experience as a Time Schedule Manager or Senior Planner, and is fluent in English and French.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or Master's in a discipline related to complex industrial or data center projects.
• Proven experience as Time Schedule Manager or Senior Planner.
• Professional proficiency in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Develop, consolidate, maintain, and update integrated project schedules.
• Define baselines, milestones, critical paths, and reporting calendars.
• Review schedules, challenge sequences, durations, dependencies.
• Align contractor and partner schedules with milestones and objectives.
• Monitor progress against baseline and identify variances.
• Develop recovery, mitigation, and acceleration plans.
• Produce regular schedule status, risk, and forecast reports.
• Coordinate inputs from multidisciplinary contributors and ensure timely consolidation.
• HSE compliance throughout planning and construction activities.
