Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a Senior Field Application Engineer to lead pre-sales and post-sales support, guiding customers, partners, and internal teams to win and deploy data center thermal solutions. The role requires mentoring staff, owning complex challenges, and delivering tailored cooling designs.

The candidate will serve as a technical expert for CDU and liquid cooling, travel up to 20%, and communicate across HQ and factory teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Field Application Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or in a leadership role within the data center thermal or cooling industry.
• Experience in CDU, liquid-to-air, liquid-to-liquid cooling.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing customer relationships, driving projects, and mentoring teams.
• Strong background in Power Electronics with the ability to solve complex technical challenges.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical engagements with key customers, serving as the point of contact for critical projects.
• Mentor and guide junior FAEs, providing technical direction and leadership in customer-facing projects.
• Take ownership of complex technical challenges, ensuring proactive solutions and project success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies, priorities, and resources.
• Lead the development and delivery of technical training programs for internal teams, partners, and customers.
• Act as the go-to technical expert on data center solutions in Thermal and Cooling systems.
