WDS Global Limited in Strasbourg, France is seeking a contract-oriented QA/DevOps engineer for a hybrid role (80% onsite, 20% remote).

Responsibilities include RESTful API validation, full end-to-end system workflows, load and stress testing in cloud environments, defect resolution during the final testing phase, and developing RESTful API endpoints for data exchange, plus structured logging, traceability, and auditing.

Qualifications

• Experience validating RESTful APIs in test pipelines.
• Familiarity with end-to-end system workflows.
• Ability to design and run load and performance tests.

Job Location: Strasbourg, France Hybrid 80% onsite 20% remote

Contract Rate: Euro's 450 per day onsite 350 offsite

Key Responsibilities:

• RESTful API validation,
• Full end-to-end system workflows.
• Conduct load, stress, and scalability tests in a cloud environment.
• Support corrective testing during the final two months by identifying and resolving critical defects.
• Develop and implement RESTful API endpoints for fingerprint data exchange.
• Develop structured logging, traceability, and system auditing.
• Contribute to the generation of synthetic training datasets for testing.

Desired Technologies & Skills:

• Testing Frameworks: JUnit, Cucumber, Postman/Kreya/Newman, Karate, Jmeter, Gatling, or k6.
• CI/CD Automation: GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Argo CD.
• Other Tools: JIRA/xRay, REST-assured, Docker, synthetic data tools (Faker, Mockaroo).
