Sephora is seeking a Senior Technical Lead – Hosting, Cloud & Platform Services to join the Global Tech team in Paris. The role combines technical leadership with operational ownership across hosting, cloud, and platform services for global infrastructure.

You will act as the primary Level 3 escalation point, drive modernization initiatives, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure service excellence and resilience.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a small to mid-size engineering team.
• Strong understanding of hosting, cloud and platform services.
• Experience with infrastructure modernization and cloud transformation.

• Lead a team of engineers delivering hosting, cloud and platform services.
• Organize workloads, priorities and roadmaps; mentor engineers.
