Sephora, a leading beauty retailer, is seeking a Senior Technical Lead – Hosting, Cloud & Platform Services based in Paris, La Défense. You will lead a small team responsible for hosting, cloud and platform services across on-premises and Azure environments, driving modernization and operational excellence.

Reporting to the Global Head of Infrastructure, you will own incident management, change approvals, capacity planning, and partner governance, while acting as Level 3 escalation for critical

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate a team of 3 to 4 engineers responsible for hosting, cloud and platform services.
• Organize workloads, priorities and technical roadmaps across the team.
• Mentor engineers and promote technical knowledge sharing.
• Act as the technical lead for complex infrastructure initiatives
• Serve as the primary liaison between Level 2 support teams and Level 3 engineering teams.
• Coordinate activities with vendors, service providers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive service improvement and automation initiatives.
• Promote operational excellence across all supported platforms and services.
• Act as the primary Level 3 escalation point for supported services.
• Lead the investigation and resolution of critical and complex incidents.
• Participate in Major Incident Management activities.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive Problem Management initiatives.
• Review, validate and implement infrastructure changes through Change Management processes.
• Ensure service availability, stability, security and operational performance.
• Contribute to operational governance and service review activities.
• Design, implement and operate hosting platforms across on-premise and Microsoft Azure environments.
• Drive infrastructure modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Define and maintain platform standards, operating procedures and best practices.
• Contribute to capacity planning, lifecycle management and technology roadmaps.
• Support Azure governance, cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure platform resilience, scalability and reliability.
• Lead technical workstreams within infrastructure transformation programs.
• Participate in migration, modernization and optimization projects.
• Produce technical assessments, recommendations and implementation plans.
• Challenge technical solutions proposed by vendors and partners.
• Ensure successful transition from project delivery to operational support.
• Participate in the Level 3 on-call rotation.
• Provide after-hours support during assigned standby periods.
• Support business-critical incidents outside standard business hours when required.
• Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives.
• Ensure operational readiness of critical infrastructure services.
