HCLTech in Paris is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to own cyber hygiene, patch compliance, and remediation for Branch Technology applications within France. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate IT operations, infrastructure, and security, and ensure remediation activities meet CSO timelines while reducing risk.

You will drive a comprehensive patch calendar, manage change governance (UAT, production, DR), and provide regular status reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing enterprise-wide remediation and patch management programs.

• Maintain a comprehensive patching calendar for all Branch Technology applications.

• Manage end-to-end change governance including UAT, production, and DR changes.

The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for delivering cyber hygiene, vulnerability remediation, and patch compliance outcomes for Branch Technology applications within a designated country branch. The role requires strong technical leadership, operational coordination, and stakeholder management to ensure all security remediation activities are executed within agreed Cyber Security Office (CSO) timelines while maintaining compliance and minimizing operational risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive country-level remediation performance and compliance metrics for Branch Technology applications.
• Maintain and govern a comprehensive patching calendar covering all Branch Technology applications within the branch.
• Coordinate application operations, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure timely remediation delivery.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee execution of:
• Security patching activities
• Vulnerability remediation
• Open-Source Software (OSS) remediation
• Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) remediation
• Application Control Standards (ACS) remediation
• Manage end-to-end change governance processes, including:
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) changes
• Production changes
• Disaster Recovery (DR) changes
• Ensure implementation plans, rollback procedures, and approvals are documented and compliant with organizational standards.
• Provide regular reporting on remediation status, compliance performance, risks, and key metrics.
• Escalate risks and issues proactively to relevant stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Drive effective communication across business, infrastructure, security, and application support teams.
• Support weekend and after-hours implementation activities when required.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure Management, Application Support, Cyber Security Operations, or Technical Delivery Management.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-wide remediation and patch management programs.
• Experience working in highly regulated environments with strong compliance and governance requirements.

Technical & Functional Skills

• Strong operational delivery and service management capability.
• Good understanding of infrastructure technologies, application landscapes, and security remediation processes.
• Knowledge of vulnerability management, patch management, and cyber hygiene practices.
• Strong understanding of risk management, compliance controls, and change management frameworks.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across business, infrastructure, operations, and security domains.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise change governance practices.
