Next Ventures is recruiting an experienced Security Consultant specialising in Vulnerability Intelligence and Attack Surface Management in a Paris-area setting. You will strengthen vulnerability-management and external attack-surface capabilities, working with security, IT and infrastructure teams to map assets, assess vulnerabilities and drive remediation efforts.

You will review findings from Qualys, Patrowl and other tools, and automate workflows for qualification and exposure analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience in vulnerability management and external attack-surface capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and assess newly published vulnerabilities.
• Identify affected assets and prioritise critical security risks.
• Track highly critical vulnerabilities through remediation.
• Map and monitor the organisation’s external digital attack surface.
• Review and validate findings produced by security tools (Qualys, Patrowl, etc.).
• Automate vulnerability qualification, exposure analysis and security workflows.
• Develop scripts for data extraction, enrichment and correlation.
• Improve vulnerability intelligence, ASM and remediation processes.
• Support development of offensive Cyber Threat Intelligence capabilities.
• Experience prioritising newly published vulnerabilities and validating scanning results.

Next Ventures is partnering with a leading global industrial group specialising in construction materials and sustainable building solutions to recruit an experienced Security Consultant focused on Vulnerability Intelligence and Attack Surface Management.

The Role

You will help strengthen the organisation’s vulnerability-management and external attack-surface capabilities. Working with vulnerability management, security and infrastructure teams, you will:

• Monitor and assess newly published vulnerabilities
• Identify affected assets and prioritise critical security risks
• Track highly critical vulnerabilities through remediation
• Map and monitor the organisation’s external digital attack surface
• Review and validate findings produced by Qualys, Patrowl and other security tools
• Automate vulnerability qualification, exposure analysis and security workflows
