HCLTech in Paris is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to own cyber hygiene, patch compliance, and remediation for Branch Technology applications within France. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate IT operations, infrastructure, and security, and ensure remediation activities meet CSO timelines while reducing risk.

You will drive a comprehensive patch calendar, manage change governance (UAT, production, DR), and provide regular status reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure Management, or Cyber Security Operations.
Proven experience managing enterprise-wide remediation and patch management programs.
Strong stakeholder management, planning, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsabilités

Own and drive country-level remediation performance and compliance metrics.
Maintain a comprehensive patching calendar for all Branch Technology applications.
Coordinate operations, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure timely remediation.
Plan, schedule, and oversee security patching, vulnerability remediation, OSS remediation, and APT remediation.
Manage end-to-end change governance including UAT, production, and DR changes.
Provide regular reporting on remediation status, risks, and key metrics.
Escalate risks and issues to leadership and drive cross-team communication.
