Presales Technical Consultant – Workplace Services

We’re looking for an experienced Presales Technical Consultant with a services background to join a dynamic Europe GIS Sales and Presales team. You’ll play a key role in shaping and pitching modern workplace solutions that help clients transform how their people work — securely, efficiently, and with the help of cutting-edge tools like AI and automation.

Responsibilities include:

• Work closely with Sales, Client Partners, and Technical teams to design tailored workplace solutions for enterprise clients.
• Be the “storyteller” — translating complex tech into compelling business value for stakeholders at all levels.
• Create and deliver proposals, demos, and presentations.
• Guide clients on digital transformation, focusing on hybrid working, workplace modernization, and support services.
• Influence deal strategies, validate opportunities, and support go/no-go decisions.
• Stay ahead of tech trends and champion innovation.

Skill Set/Experience:

• 7+ years of presales or technical consulting in Workplace or IT Services.
• Experience with Modern Workplace tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, Device Management, Service Desk).
• Knowledge of Security, IAM, and compliance (e.g., Active Directory, MFA, GDPR).
• Familiarity with AI/GenAI in the workplace (automation, chatbots, support tools).
• Fluent in French.
