Description du poste

Doctolib is looking for a Senior Tech Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team in Paris. You will be a key player in achieving our ambitious hiring goals and reshaping how we think, work, and collaborate. You will collaborate with Engineering leaders to ensure operational and hiring excellence while attracting top talent.

What you’ll do

• Recruit top tech talents critical to delivering Doctolib's product roadmap to transform healthcare.
• Drive talent attraction strategies for our TA Tech teams, from sourcing to closing.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including stakeholder briefing, sourcing, assessment, and closing.
• Leverage data to set expectations and be a strategic talent partner to tech leaders.
• Engage and coach hiring managers.
• Advocate for candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with the global talent acquisition team to improve hiring quality, quantity, and candidate experience.

Who you are

• At least 4+ years of experience as a technical recruiter in a fast-growing or scale-up environment.
• Experience with a high-growth staff plan in a KPI-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience advising and collaborating with senior leaders.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-first approach.
• User-first attitude with the ability to understand stakeholder needs.

Nice to have

• Experience working in an international environment.

• Proficiency in English and French.
