Job summary

Trade Republic is seeking a Product Manager to own one or more technical products in Berlin or London, taking a 360-degree view from ideation to delivery. You will lead engineering teams, track performance and business impact, and work across security, compliance, data, and legal teams to craft customer-centric solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of product management hands-on experience in user facing or technical products (i.e. platforms, distributed systems, SDKs, etc.)
• Founder-mindset - you enjoy working in highly autonomous, ambiguous and fast paced environment
• Strong analytical, prioritisation, organisational and problem solving skills
• Experience in successfully working with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, security, operations, design)

Responsibilities

• Become the ultimate owner of one or more technical products, taking care of them from a 360 degrees perspective, from ideation to delivery, engineering team management, tracking performance and business impact
• Analyze data to find the right problems to solve, and breaking solutions down into smaller executable chunks that deliver value
• Understand your user and existing state-of-the-art solutions, and create a compelling product vision and roadmap
• Work cross-functionally with engineers and operations managers, and interact security, compliance, data, and legal teams to craft solutions that will delight our users and provide value to the business
