Job Description: Senior Tech Lead Order To Cash

Based in our HQ in central Paris, connect with global experts and explore international opportunities. The Leap program is focused on designing a future-proof ERP system to harmonize transactional processes across the Group.

The Senior Tech Lead for Order to Cash will ensure accurate definition, design, development, and rollout of product-related processes and data within the ERP system, leveraging deep process expertise and best practices to identify gaps and develop strategic solutions.

Your key missions:

• Act as an SAP/Technology knowledge leader, providing guidance and knowledge transfer on O2C topics (Sell, Deliver & Invoicing).
• Guide technical teams, ensure best practices, and oversee technical design compliance with architecture standards.
• Manage RICEFW activities during design, build, test, and rollout phases to ensure timely, quality, and budget-compliant implementation.
• Support program management activities, including planning, organizing, risk assessment, and collaboration across teams.
• Provide oversight and support to functional and technical team members, fostering collaboration and skills development.

If you meet the following criteria, we encourage you to apply:

• Master's degree in engineering or business.
• 10-12 years of experience in the consumer goods industry, with extensive experience in large-scale implementation.
• Expertise in SAP modules and delivery methodologies.
• Fluent in English; French and Spanish are a plus but not mandatory.
