A leading company in the agricultural sector seeks a Talent and Performance Manager for the EMEA region. In this role, you will drive initiatives around performance management and succession planning, collaborating closely with regional HR teams to enhance organizational effectiveness. The position requires strong leadership, communication skills, and proven experience in HR functions, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and stakeholder management.
In this role you will lead the execution of key Talent and Performance initiatives across the Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region and serve as a key regional liaison for global talent processes and initiatives. You will drive strategic and operational excellence across performance management succession planning talent reviews in alignment with our global Talent strategy.
