Almaviva Group in Strasbourg is seeking a senior IT infrastructure professional focused on design, deployment, and maintenance of large server farms, virtualization, and backup environments. You will also lead ServiceNow integrations, data import/export workflows, and platform optimization across ITSM/ITOM/ITAM domains.

The role requires deep experience with VMware suites, Oracle hardware, AD/LDAP, and security policy governance to ensure scalable, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of higher education (master or equivalent).
• Minimum 9 years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge and experience with HW management, racking, cabling, replacement, FW upgrades.
• Advanced knowledge with VMware platforms (vSphere, vSAN, Horizon).
• Experience with Oracle hardware and managing large server farms.
• Active Directory/LDAP and Keycloak management.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations with REST, SOAP, JDBC, and other protocols.
• Configure and manage data imports/exports, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance.
• Build reusable components such as Flow Designer sub flows and UI policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions within ServiceNow.
• Conduct system and integration testing using ATF for reliability and scalability.
• Monitor platform health, usage, and compliance, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Work includes customizations and integrations of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, etc.

Description du poste

• IT support, design and troubleshooting ranging from large Server, SAN farms to complex platforms;
• Configuration/Troubleshooting of Virtual environments: VMware vSphere, vSAN, Horizon;
• Server management, Operating System (OS) knowledge (UNIX, Linux, Windows);
• Design, implementation and administration of backup and restore on solutions like VEEAM and StoreOnce;
• Administration of servers, bladesystems and composable infrastructure;
• Administration of Storage systems on traditional SAN, CEPH and VSAN;
• Managing OCP platform in DEVOPS mode with related supporting systems like Red Hat Service Mesh, GitHub, Helm, GitOps,
• Ansible Automation Platform, Kafka;
• Development, execution and troubleshooting of Ansible and Powershell scripts;
• PKI and certificate administration;
• Administration of monitoring systems like Nagios, Splunk;
• Administration of Oracle infrastructure, namely EXADATA and ZDRLA;
• Administration of mail servers and mail relays (postfix), anti-virus and anti-spam;
• Centralized deployment of software and updates.

Additional Tasks:

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations with internal and external systems using REST, SOAP, JDBC, and other
• protocols.
• functionality, and improve platform performance.
• Configure and manage data imports/exports, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance. Build reusable components—such as Flow Designer sub flows and UI policies to accelerate future development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions within ServiceNow.
• Conduct system and integration testing using the Automated Test Framework (ATF) to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Monitor platform health, usage, and compliance, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Work will include customizations and integrations of the following modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, etc...

Job requirements

Education Requirements: Minimum 4 years of relevant education (master or equivalent) after the secondary school.

Experience Requirements: Minimum 9 years of relevant professional experience.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

• Knowledge and experience with HW management, racking, cabling, replacement, FW upgrades;
• HW/SW inventory and configuration management;
• Advanced knowledge and experience with VMWare (vSphere, vSAN, Horizon);
• Knowledge and experience with managing Oracle HW;
• Knowledge and advanced experience in Redhat, Windows OS administration of large farms;
• Active Directory (AD) / LDAP and Keycloak Management;
• Network Attached Storage (NAS) and distributed file systems;
• Centralized IT security policy management;
• Knowledge and experience in administration of servers, bladesystems and composable infrastructure;
